Relatives of the Palestinian prisoner Muhammad al-Qudra carry the newborn, at Nasser Medical Complex in khan Younis in the southern of Gaza strip on February 18, 2021. Eman al-Qudra gave birth to her newborn in a successful smuggling of sperm to lead to a pregnancy. Since 2004, Palestinian security prisoners, who are denied conjugal visitations by their wives, have tried to smuggle their sperm out of Israeli prisons, so that their wives can be inseminated in fertility clinics in the West Bank and Ghazza, and bear them children.
