Tension and protests rose after an Israeli man on 09 October stabbed four Palestinians in southern Israel, in what is being seen as a revenge attack, officials said. On 08 October several violent incidents happened, including stabbings which left eight Israelis injured, one Palestinian was killed in East Jerusalem and six in the Gaza Strip in clashes with the army while at least six were injured on the West Bank.
