Israeli soldiers shot dead two Palestinian protesters in the northern West Bank, the military said 04 April. A group of Palestinians threw Molotov cocktails at an army outpost near Tulkarem late 03 April, a spokesman said. The soldiers returned fire, shooting at least one of them. The death of 17-year-old Amer Nasser was reported late Wednesday. The body of Naji Balbisi, also 17, was found near the military outpost when Israeli soldiers combed the area Thursday morning, the Palestinian Red Crescent ambulance service confirmed.
