Palestinian Ahmad Salama al-Najjar,21, sits at his family house in the southern Gaza Strip town of Khan Younis on Nov. 28,2011. Al-Najjar suffers from abnormal fatness since five years as a result of Osteoporosis until his weight reached to 280 kilos without any help or treatment by doctors.
