Tahrir Abu Shab, makes a living by making artifacts from wood and home furniture and selling them to souvenir shops and through social media, especially during the lockdown to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The rate of participation in the workforce in Gaza during the second quarter of 2020 was 34.5%, a drop of roughly 11% compared to the previous quarter.
