A Palestinian woman fills the concentrated carob juice in bottels at a small workshop in her house in the West Bank city of Qalqilya, Aug 28, 2013. Carob is the legume fruit of the Carob tree, Ceratonia siliqua. It is also known as Locust bean and in Arabic known as Kharrub.
